Hello fellow quilters. I hope you have had a great summer, and are ready to tackle some new projects. We have a workshop planned for October 12th (a Saturday) at the Mt Laurel Library. The project will be a 16 1⁄2 x 16 1⁄2 inch pillow top in a crazy quilt style. It’s easy for beginners with fun options for experienced quilters. For fabric, use a layer cake or use up some of your stash. This looks good in almost any fabric style.
The picture is of a quilt top I made using this technique. As you can tell, it’s larger than the pillow, and I’ll give you the instructions at the workshop.
There will be a fee of $10 to cover patterns and materials. Most of that will go to the Guild treasury. Hope to see you for a day of fun with fellow quilters.
